Established in 2009, SALT is a not-for-profit incorporated association dedicated to supporting women, and groups of people that do not have equitable opportunities, to pursue careers in trades. SALT’s main activity is to provide practical, hands-on workshops that introduce young people to trade skills and career pathways, via our mobile workshops.
